I’ve learned so much working here for the last year. I truly love working with my clients and helping to make their lives better. 360 is very flexible and accommodating as I even went to orientation on a different day that worked better for me. Judy the owner is compassionate and goes out of her way to help you if you have any problems.

I have only worked for 360 for a short time so far, but I can say WITHOUT hesitation that this is the best company I have EVER worked for. The day I started everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, office staff, client families and caregivers as well. I truly was welcomed with open arms. I'm so grateful for this opportunity that was given to me to work alongside such amazing individuals who work tirelessly to make the lives of our client's and their family members easier. I have had the opportunity to work for 360SHS for just about a year and half and ongoing. I had a little experience going into this home care field, and at even entry level, 360SHS has courses to prepare you and in person training is available to all employees at anytime during my employment. This company stands for family values and our patients and clients become our extended family members. From the owners, to executives in each department, our front desk staff, our scheduling staff, to the caregivers, it truly feels like a family and not just a job. It’s a rewarding career. They really do care about their employees just as much as our clients. I have never worked for a company as great as 360SHS. I have been working at 36OSHS for almost 1.5 years. The agency is family-owned and operated and is managed both professionally and with true care for every client, family member and staff member. The office staff are an amazing team and are always friendly and supportive. I have loved working at 360SHS!

Over the last 7 years I have had the pleasure of working with many of the caregivers and management. 360 spends ample amount of time training their staff and making sure they are well prepared for the job at hand. As an administrator I have always been impressed by their flexibility and adaptability when doing private care within our community. They go above and beyond to be respectful to house staff and care for the resident at hand. The management team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, forward thinking problem solvers. I have called at all hours to help families within my community and those not quite ready but needing a helping hand at home to keep them safe and comfortable. 360 is always ready to jump into action and create a plan to help. When it comes to home care needs, 360 is always my first call/ referral!

As employee I can honestly say this is a fantastic company, the compassion, and detail they provide to clients and employees is outstanding. I’ve worked for many companies and by far I’ve never experienced a company who genuinely appreciates their employees the way they do. I have been employed at 360 SHS as an LNA going on 3 years . I so enjoy working for this company because of it's high standards and excellent communication skills with employees and clients. To say that I was impressed with the level of professionalism and care that my Mom Marie received from this agency would be an understatement. Her caregiver Beth became part of our family and was so kind, thoughtful and all around the very best person we could have had to care for our Mom. It allowed us to keep her in her home, for that we are grateful. I highly recommend 360 to anyone considering this type of care for their loved ones.
